DESCRIPTION:
sj501 is a bonded type acid flux composed mainly of aluiminium and oxides with ball from granule about 10-60 mesh in size .
Its basicty is 0.5-0.8. It can be used on AC or DC power source . It provides good welding usability ,easy slag removal, excellent anti-porosity property and beautiful bead appearance.
 APPLICATIONS: 
IN combinationg with  HO8A or HO8MnA wirs flu ,,this flux is suitable for welding  of gas cylinders ,membrance water cooled wall of boliers,etc.
GmbeELINES FOR USAGE:
  1.Dry the flux at 300~350ºC for 2 hours before use.
   2.Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding
