 Alkaline Sintered Flux for Stainless Steel Welding Flux,SJ601

DESCRIPTION:
The basic sintering flux for lj-sj601 stainless steel and heat-resistant steel is 1.8. The flux is round particle with particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). It can be used for both AC and DC. The wire is connected to the positive pole when DC. It has good welding process performance, stable arc combustion, easy slag removal and beautiful weld forming.

APPLICATIONS: 
 With wires such as hocr21ni10, ho0cr20ni10, ho0cr19ni12mo2, etc., welding stainless steel and high alloy heat-resistant steel and other important structures

GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:
  1.Dry the flux at 300~350ºC for 2 hours before use.
   2.Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding
